Maintenance Subscribers
CSI offers free technical support and software upgrades for licenses covered by active maintenance.One year of maintenance is required with the purchase of each new software license. Thereafter it is optional, but you must renew your maintenance in order to continue receiving free upgrades and technical support after the first year.
Maintenance subscribers may request support in the following ways:
- • Online via our Customer Center or email. We strive to respond within one business day.
- • Via telephone at +1 510 649 2202 between 6am and 5pm Pacific Time.

Licenses Without Maintenance
If your software license is not covered by active maintenance, you may still access our extensive self-support resources such as Watch and Learn Videos and the CSI Knowledge Base.Please note that maintenance is not required to renew or continue using your license at the version and level at which you purchased it. A purchased license may be renewed in perpetuity regardless of maintenance status, so long as your hardware and operating systems support its use. If you purchased your software through one of our international channel partners and have questions regarding support, upgrades, or maintenance, please contact them directly.
